Corporate Credit

Special credit terms for our corporate clients. You can download a credit application form or you can call or email us and we will fax or email you the credit application. Upon its completion and receipt, we will inform you of its approval, at which point, Net 15 terms will be extended for your company. We do a lot of business with property management companies and various corporate and governmental agencies nationwide, chances are, we are already on your vendors or suppliers list. If we're not, call us and we will make arrangements to do so.

Our FAX ORDER line is open 24h a day, and you can place your orders ONLINE anytime as well. All orders taken by our answering service, will be answered the next business day.

Warranty & Refunds

The Credits and Refunds Department is opened until 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

All the products we carry are brand new, unused merchandise. We do not carry, nor do we sell, any manufacturer refurbished, seconds, or blemished goods. All items carry the full manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own warranty.

Warranty details for specific products are included in individual product page descriptions.

You may exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase less shipping and handling fees. Defective items will be exchanged within the duration specified by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Items deemed defective will be replaced with the exact same item. If the item is deemed to NOT be defective the shipping charges will not be refunded and a 25% re stocking fee will apply. If an item is ordered incorrectly, there will be no refund on shipping charges and there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please call to contact us before returning any items, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide you with information on return shipping. Your return or exchange replacement item will be shipped after we have received and processed your returned merchandise. We will not accept, nor will we be held responsible for, any returned items shipped without an assigned return number written visibly on the outside of the package.

All Circuit boards and logic receiver boards are NON REFUNDABLE.

Shipping costs may vary according to the respected shipping weight, destination, cost of items and insurance of the package. Manual adjustment of shipping cost may be necessary in these situations. Shipping to Russia & Nigeria is not available at this time.

Please Note: We will charge an additional $8.00 fee for incorrect addresses as deemed by UPS.

Transit times within the US vary between 1-7 business days via UPS Residential/Commercial Ground depending on your location. We cannot estimate UPS International delivery transit times due to Customs delays and your local delivery services. Transit times for Special Order products is generally up to 10 business days. Items on Back Order take 10 to 15 business days. Items that are Back Ordered by the Manufacturer could take up to 60 days. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Items shipped via USPS have no tracking information or insurance. UPS shipments include insurance and tracking information is available at your request. We recommend selecting UPS for your shipment method.

Special Order: All special order items require a 50% deposit of the total purchase value before ordering. Please call for lead times on special order items or request a quote by email or fax. Certain items such as, but not limited to, gate operators, telephone entry systems, card reader systems, access control systems, non-stock radio controls, and any item that has been specifically ordered for you are considered a special order items. All returns and cancellations within 30 days or exchanges within our 1-year warranty policy are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All warranties are void where evidence of misuse or abuse is present.

Exclusions

RemoteLand.com will not match competitors' free offers or special offers, rebates, financing offers, manufacturer pricing, manufacturer wholesale pricing, distributor or dealer pricing, bonus, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise, installation, or delivery. RemoteLand.com will not match a competitors' price that resulted from a price match.
